I had the pleasure of dining at Hahu Cafe and Market recently, and I was thoroughly impressed by the authentic Ethiopian flavors and the unique dining experience. The menu features a wide array of traditional Ethiopian dishes, each bursting with bold spices and aromatic herbs. From the savory injera bread to the flavorful stews and salads, every dish was a culinary delight. The vegetarian options were plentiful and equally satisfying. The ingredients used were clearly fresh and high-quality, resulting in dishes that were both flavorful and visually appealing. The food was presented in a traditional Ethiopian style, with communal platters and injera bread used to share and savor the dishes. The ordering process was simple and efficient. Guests place their orders at the counter, and their food is then cooked and delivered to their table. This allows for a relaxed and leisurely dining experience. The cafe itself has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable seating and friendly staff. It's a great place to gather with friends and family or enjoy a solo meal. Overall, I highly recommend Hahu Cafe and Market for anyone seeking a taste of authentic Ethiopian cuisine in a welcoming and casual setting. I visited Hahn Cafe and Market, an Ethiopian-themed cafe and market, and immediately felt the laid-back atmosphere. A friendly young lady greeted me, and I was quickly presented with a diverse menu featuring both American and Ethiopian breakfast options. I ordered a medium espresso, which was rich and flavorful, and paired it with avocado toast, eggs, and turkey bacon. The avocado toast was delightful, topped with cherry tomatoes, while the eggs and bacon were equally impressive. The service was attentive and warm, adding to the pleasant experience. The market had a nice selection of Ethiopian products, and I appreciated the ample parking and the soft background music. I would definitely return if I’m in the area again!

I don't know what I ordered but I know that coffee was strong. And being Mexican descent I loved the spiciness in Food. It was fair I would say. Not crowded and swift and easy. It's not spicy in the mouth it builds up the heat from stomach then you sweat a little. If you follow me and know my reviews are honest . I am being honest

****UPDATE**** I have went back to this place twice after the initial visit and had few things to update. The food is still good, spicy is not very spicy. I asked for extra spicy and all they added was the chili powder so the whole dish got a little bit of a stuffy aftertaste to it. So more spiCES but not spiCY. Ful was decadent and rich, lega tibs was very hearty. So apparently you have an option to get either injera or baguette. They didnt notify us so we were confused because every visit the dish was represented differently. First time awaze tibs was just meats with injera and bread, no salad. Second time it had salad injera and bread Third time just injera. It would be helpful to keep in mind you do have options and can request for either one. Service was still nice! ORIGINAL Okay so this was my first time trying Ethiopian food and HOLY did it blow my mind. I love exploring cuisines i have not tried and Ethiopian was on top of my must try list. Food: We were not too hungry so we shared No.11 (awaze tibs i think?) and omg!! Injera was soft, beef was perfectly spiced with just a right level of acidity and bursting with flavor!! As I was leaving I was super tempted to order the rest of the menu lol Their baked goods seemed very fresh, I tried the cinnamon muffin and yes it was indeed tasty. Iced latte was ..milk, then again maybe I got the wrong coffee. Service: My boyfriend and I got just the right recommendations from the lady at the counter. We were completely lost and appreciated her help very much Atmosphere: I think this place is more of a deli/5togo/cafe vibe. Limited number of tables.
